Boney Kapoor On Jhanvi’s Debut: I Am Sure Like Her Mother She Will Be Loved By All
Producer Boney Kapoor says that his daughter Jhanvi is hardworking and focussed. He hopes that her work will be loved by the audiences
Boney Kapoor, attended Synergy, an event organized by
Hema Malini on Friday. Here the producer was asked about his daughter Jhanvi
Kapoor’s debut.

Here’s what the proud father had to say: “As a father, I
would wish her the best. She is very hardworking and focused. I am sure like
her mother she will be loved by all and I would seek everybody’s love for her.
I hope she comes up to everybody’s expectations and when the time will come,
everyone will know it automatically.”
Speaking about the success of his last film Mom, Boney
said: “When a filmmaker tries to make a good film and if he gets success in
that, then definitely it’s a nice feeling. With the release of Mom, we launched
a new director, writer and few actors as well,” said Boney. “More than that, I
worked with my wife (Sridevi) in this film and people appreciated her work a
lot. She did great job in it and that’s why we showcased this film on
international platforms as well. We received really a great response for the
film. I feel Mom is not just a successful film but a satisfying one,” he added.
Sridevi With Daughter Jhanvi Kapoor
For those who've come in later, Jhanvi will be teaming up
with Ishaan Khattar in the Hindi remake of Sairat. Shashank Khaitan will direct
the film. The music is by Ajay-Atul.
Sairat, a romance set in a caste heartland of rural
Maharashtra became one of the biggest hits of 2016. The film starring
newcomers, Rinku Rajguru and Akash Thosar, was also the first Marathi film to
join the 100 crore club.
